2. REFUND POLICY

At Eden Wigs, we are committed to providing premium-quality wigs designed for effortless, natural wear.

  • Due to hygiene and product integrity, we have specific return conditions outlined below.

2.1 Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect colour/length selection for hygiene reasons.

2.2 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The wig is unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way.

2.3 Refunds

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.4 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at orders@edenwigs.com.au with your order number

  2. Return instructions will be provided in response to your email

  3. Ship the item back within the approved timeframe

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

2.5 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

  • You may be asked to return the product at your expense.

We will inspect the item and resolve this as a priority with a replacement, store credit or refund.

Important Notes

  • Eden Wigs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

  • We recommend trying your wig carefully before wearing and or altering it

2.3 Refund Timeframes

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
